Room 121 smelled awful- there were multiple water stains on the ceiling, and the room smelled musty and moldy. After a night in that room, I asked for a different room, and they were friendly and changed my space. I asked for a late checkout the following day, and they told me the latest they can do is 12 pm. I asked them to extend my stay because I couldn't check out at 12, and the representative refused to extend my stay - he said the hotel was fully booked. I looked online into my account, and I saw that they had multiple types of rooms available, so I told the representative, and he told me that if I wanted to stay longer, I could book the room online. He refused to give me the manager's phone number or contact information. I would never stay at that place again. I booked another night at Hampton Inn - excellent customer service. What a sour taste in my mouth.
