We expect certain amenities when we stay at Marriott properties and even though this is a 'modest' suite hotel and we stayed for 2 nights using reward points we were not disappointed. This hotel is almost right next to I-75 but not close enough for any noise...this location is so convenient for getting around up to Naples or east to the Everglades areas so quickly. very clean, big 2 room suite, great service from the front desk and maids, good breakfast (included)....we would stay here again (even if we have to pay).....

This hotel is not well maintained or updated. Our room smelled. We had multiple sections of carpet that were wet(maybe from an attempt at spot cleaning, but the carpet wasn’t clean). The refrigerator didn’t work.

We enjoyed our three night sojourn at this property in Naples. I don't understand why people bashed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Buffett breakfast was very plentiful and tasty. The room was huge and very clean. No problems with water pressure or temperature. Only 30 minutes from Marco Island and less than a mile from the interstate 75. One situation worth noting...the pool is not cleaned every day. The owner said their service comes three times a week. We used marriott points so the whole thing was free. Thank you Rosie. The complainers should not compare this moderately priced property to a 300 buck room.

We have never been disappointed by the Marriot. The rooms are always very clean. Victoria did our check in and was SUPER friendly and very kind. We will definetly continue to stay at Marriot Hotels. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.🇱🇷😇

Room 121 smelled awful- there were multiple water stains on the ceiling, and the room smelled musty and moldy. After a night in that room, I asked for a different room, and they were friendly and changed my space. I asked for a late checkout the following day, and they told me the latest they can do is 12 pm. I asked them to extend my stay because I couldn't check out at 12, and the representative refused to extend my stay - he said the hotel was fully booked. I looked online into my account, and I saw that they had multiple types of rooms available, so I told the representative, and he told me that if I wanted to stay longer, I could book the room online. He refused to give me the manager's phone number or contact information. I would never stay at that place again. I booked another night at Hampton Inn - excellent customer service. What a sour taste in my mouth.

We've stayed at this property since it was first built and it was amazing back in the day. It's went downhill over the years. The hotel rooms are so-so and are definitely in need of some updating. The rooms are dark and dingy and some of the lighting in the rooms need to have bulbs replaced in the overhead vanity lights, etc. Updated and additional lighting throughout the rooms would be a plus! The wall paper was peeling in the bathrooms and the rooms were generally dark and dingy. The pillows are flat and horrible. The carpeting in the rooms had burn holes and dirty. The elevators are also dirty. The hotel has deodorizer machines plugged in all over the hallways to disperse an obnoxious deodorant spray to mask odors. The housekeeping staff talks very loudly in the hallways all day long. We never utilize housekeeping during our stays but asked for a few replacement towels and they seemed to be bothered by this. The breakfast buffet was always a disheveled mess and somewhat risky to say the least. The hard boiled eggs were in a communal dish as were the bread and pastry items and people were grabbing items with their hands. The toaster had metal tongs next to it to remove the toasted items, as the knobs were missing. I'm fairly sure that using metal tongs along with a toaster, isn't a great idea. We felt horrible for the one and only person working the breakfast area. This solo employee had to keep it organized and clean, as there were many guests that were absolute slobs that were hoarding massive amounts of food, and then throwing most of it in the overflowing trash cans. Perhaps it's difficult to keep up with a few of the low class guests that are messy, loud and disrespectful of the property. For the high price, it's really not worth staying here.

We were evacuated from Rotonda West 3 days ago and decided to head south as the weather looked slightly better. We were lucky to find a room here which we booked for 2 days (they've since kindly allowed us to extend for an additional night). We arrived here 3 hours before Hurricane Ian made landfall, very stressed! The staff have been amazing, they've always been there with a smile (even through a hurricane) and nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is plentiful and well stocked, beds are hard (we love hard beds), exceptional cleanliness, great wifi and great shower. In essence, we've been very happy staying here, the staff made a stressful time much easier for us. I'd highly recommend it.
